The development started with getting the site development approval and doing all of the underground work. The tract was divided into 5 parcels for separate developments. The developments ranged from build to suit to reverse build to suit to selling of a parcel. Once up and running, the developed individual parcels were then sold to complete the development process. One vacant parcel remains and is currently being negotiated for an expansion of a current tenant.
