This was bought as a vacant and abandoned building in 1999. The building was gutted and renovated with new structural supports as well as new plumbing, electrical and AC. Construction lasted less than a year and then was fully leased within the year. After a few years of running the operation, the building was sold in 2005 to complete the investment process with a very nice return. We were also involved in the design and construction of some of the tenant spaces.
